Congratulations to those who competed in the British Championships
Well done to Olivia and Megan who came home with medals, and to Miss Redmond who came in with a silver after losing to Miss Cross, the current World Champion.
Holidays
There will be no classes Monday the 20th July to Friday 1st August. They will commence again as normal on Monday the 3rd of August. Enjoy your holidays!
Promotions
For those who where not aware Mr McDonough and I were both promoted to III Degree at the recent Black Belt Grading. Also Michael Holocsi Pre-tested for 1st Degree and will hopefully sit his Black Belt in September.
Assistance Required
I am looking for help with the Little Ninja and Kids TKD Classes. Anyone from the youth class who can help out it will be greatly appreciated.

Information |
We have begun to add video to the Patterns page to aid in practicing at home. Over time we hope to have demonstration footage of all the patterns and competition video. We also have competition results on the Results page and competition pictures up on the Gallery, so go take a look.
