Started ITF Taekwon-Do in 1988 at the Broxburn Sports Centre, initially run by Mr Ronnie Wright (WTF) and subsequently taken over in 1990 by Mr Robin Blair, V Degree Blackbelt (ITF)
Achieved Ist Degree Blackbelt in 1997 and II Degree in 2001
Trains with Miss Julia Cross, IV Degree Blackbelt and six times World Champion. Competing since 1995 and has won many national titles both as a junior competitor and senior. Chosen to represent Scotland in 2000 at the European Championships which were held in Edinburgh. Competed in I Degree patterns, -52kg sparring and all team events.
Bronze in individual sparring and third in Team Sparring which was a great achievement

1 European Championship Bronze Medal - 2003 1st Degree Patterns
1 European Cup Gold Medal - 2005 1st Degree Patterns
and 6 other medals at ITF International Competitions

Competed since 1995 and attained many National Junior medals at Silver and Bronze for Sparring and Patterns.
Also competed in National Kickboxing championships, attaining various Gold, Silver and Bronze medals as a junior in Sparring.
Competed in Sweden and Belgium. Trained with the National Scottish Squad for the last three years.
